The Lib Dems are more concerned about standards in schools than reorganising structures. Chelmsford Lib Dem Stephen Robinson (parliamentary candidate 2005) has attacked the "cosy agreement between the Labour and Conservative parties" on the Education Bill currently before Parliament.
