Pauline is standing for re-election to Rochdale Council on the 4th of May. She has represented the people of Littleborough Lakeside for the last two years and has been a tireless campaigner to keep our local health service from being decimated by the Pennine Acute Trust and the Labour Government.

I am delighted to have the opportunity once again to stand for election to Castleton Ward.
Many residents in Bamford, Sudden, Brimrod, Marland, and Oakenrod will know that I have been very active in a whole range of community issues over the last couple of years. The number of leaflets and letters distributed across the ward over the last year is approaching double figures - I hope that residents have felt that I have kept them fully informed on the issues of the moment, and that they have always had the opportunity to shape Council decisions - most notably on the Sudden Roundabouts and the Moorgate Avenue Conservation Area.

I am married to Zahida and have 4 Children. I taught at Hopwood Hall Colleague for 18 years and am proud of my contribution in positively shaping the lives of thousands of young people in Rochdale and beyond. In my limited spare time I enjoy cricket, reading, travelling and music.
